Hello Daniel, that's a very hard place to be. But does forgiving yourself start with getting grips to grips with the fact that that psychological freeze is much like a physical injury that might have stopped one doing those things due to which aspects of choice are momentarily taken away. Does accepting the serious extent to which one's mind and nervous stystem can be affected by trauma help in that at all?

Good video, but what about if you are stuck in a mva and can't fight or flee ? You want to get out and help your loved ones but can't. This is an involuntary freeze that causes such internal conflict(helplessness). How do you forgive yourself in this type of trauma?
